We met Gina only once. 
And after spending 8 hours together at our Urban Retreat she signed up for our fall detox, our 90-day Total Reset program (starting next Monday) and our winter retreat to Tulum, Mexico.

I (Jody) hopped on the phone with Gina last night to hear a bit about her “big why.”

Does it get more simple than this?
1 baked sweet potato
1 can of {coconut milk}
1 C {vegetable broth}
1 tsp of chile powder
1 inch of curry powder to taste

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.  Blend until smooth.  Heat if necessary.

1 C leftover mashed sweet potato
1 apple, peeled and grated
1 C coconut flour
1 C milk (non- dairy if you can’t find or get your hands on raw milk)
1 tsp. vanilla

Coconut oil
Sea salt

Combine the first five, main ingredients. Use a whisk to mix and then shape into four cakes.

Fry in coconut oil over medium heat (about 4 minutes). Flip and flatten with the back of your spatula.

Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.













These can be taken on the road and eaten cold!
