We’re away, leading an intimate 3-day retreat for 6 women.
So what are we doing the other 27 days? ! 

Here’s what our daily schedule will look like:
 

6 am – Meditate

12  – Lunch @ a raw food beach hut

1 – 5 pm – Beach time, play, reading, practicing coaching sequences

Our biggest aha! of 2014

Once upon a time, Ashley showed up to work and within minutes had broken down in tears.

Time to kick the white sugar, brown sugar, cane sugar to the curb… along with tummy aches, migraines, and the “inevitable” holiday weight gain.
How to do it? Upgrade your desserts. Simple as that.

7-8 apples

+ Anti-inflammatory, help balance blood sugar, top source of Vitamin A

5 things we can’t live without

It’s that age old question — what would you want with you on a deserted island?
Or better yet, if the snow starts and never stops falling, what would make hibernating just a little more enjoyable?

Chai Pumpkin Bread

 We wish we were bakers.

You know, smoothies and raw treats are our ideal all summer long…

But now? We’re craving warmth and comfort and a lot of it.

Problem is, when it comes to pies and breads and all those yummy baked goods, we don’t have much practice. SO we choose only fail-proof recipes. 

Today, we’re sharing a paleo-inspired bread, chai spiced pumpkin mmm. The main ingredient? Almond butter! Who knew?
Main ingredients:

1 C almond butter
1 – 2 bananas, mashed (depending on how sweet you like it)
1/2 C organic pumpkin puree
2 eggs, whisked
2 chai tea packets (remove spices from the tea packets)

1/4 C coconut flour
